The only student martyr in Fars province, Shahid Salahshour, was immortalized with a proud presence in The Great Tan with a Hoveizeh tank. Three years later, in March 1984, after clearing mines in The Hoveizeh Plain, martyrs Of Sayyid Hussein Alam al-Huda, Farrokh Salahshour, Mohsen Ghadirian, and two overturned tulips, whose bodies are not named, have occurred 600 meters south of the graves of the Hoveizeh martyrs.
And now, Martyr Farrokh Salahshour is the only symbol of the roving of the student martyrs of Fars province and Baharestan thousands of Fasa buttercup in this lasting and proud epic, the golden leaf on the great cleansing of the people of this soil anemones and hero homogeneous …
Hadi Ferdowsi is considered a poetry enthusiast by his creative and different quatrains, a young poet who was born in the village of Kateh Gonbad in Sarvestan. They sang poetry before the Supreme Leader, and after that they were so excited that they said, “Fars is showing itself.” You must know that the Supreme Leader does not say such a thing in the description of everyone, but the richness and strength of Hadi Ferdowsi’s poetry has found such a level of understanding and consciousness and art.
Ferdowsi wrote this quatrain for Martyr Salahshour:
The eyes of the desert have sunk in the rain
in January of the time because Baharan has been
rained out of the perfume of Salahshour and Shamim Rajabi
Hug Hoveizeh Laleh
Shi’ism of Martyr Salahshour in 1983- Ahvaz
The following text states from the language of a member of the Hoveyzeh investigation group and the moment shahid Alam al-Huda and Shahid Salahshour were found:
the driver of the loader to the shovel was engulfed in the ground, suddenly Hossein’s uniform was determined . I was relieved that at least there was a body left of Hussein! I told the driver: Go back.
i pushed the dirt away by hand . The earthy fanning around the waist of the martyr was identified. Surprisingly, I saw that the usual Koran that accompanied Sayyid Hussein was buried. A Qur’an signed by Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei. Hussein’s chest was still a small photo of imam and the logo of the Revolutionary Guards.
i pushed the dirt away . But I saw, unlike other bodies, whose bones were intact. Hussein’s skull crushed!! All the bones in the tension had disintegrated!! When I saw this scene, I remembered the scene of Karbala and the horses that had crushed the bodies of the martyrs!!
Surprisingly, I saw Hussein’s RPG crushed under his body! That’s where I realized that the news I had heard from Hoveizeh was true! It turned out that the tanks had passed through Alam al-Huda’s body with their sands and crushed their bones! I didn’t cry, I wanted to cry with every single cell in my body to scream the innocence of these martyrs. I sat over Hossein’s crushed bones for a few hours and felt pain and heartache. Hussein did not fit dirt in this world. It was a pity to go to natural death should have been martyred!
A little later, I also found Ghaffar Darvishi’s body. A little later, I found a body with a sheet, which turned out to be Farrokh Salahshour. I didn’t know him, he was one of those who came to the area a few days before the operation. On the other side, the body of a brother named Ghadiran was found, who was a child of Ahvaz, and finally I found the body of Saeed Jalali. He was one of the children of the Ahwaz Jazayeri Mosque.
At dusk, I remembered my mother, Hussein, and she wanted answers from me. It was very difficult for me to inform him of the finding of broken bones, Hussein.
i went to ahwaz . I knocked on the door of Shahid Alam al-Huda’s house. Haj Khanum opened the door to me. I couldn’t talk. I just took out the Qur’an under the fan of Sayyid Husayn and showed his mother. He understood that Hussein had been martyred, and they knew that wherever the Qur’an was, Sayyid Husayn was there.
Alam al-Huda’s mother came and sat next to me and said:
I knew that Hussein had been martyred, but they told me that he had been taken captive. Hussein was not one to let him be captured alive by the enemy.

ShahidSalahshour from his sister’s language (Source: International Quran News Agency)
Martyr Farrokh Salahshour’s sister said about her martyred brother: She was born in Ferdows, Mashhad, which is now South Khorasan. Our father was an army medic and was always traveling because of his job. My father is transferred to Fasai Shiraz on one of the missions and then to Ferdows of Mashhad. Shahid Salahshour is born there. After a while, we moved again to Fasai, Shiraz, which is our maternal birthplace.
Shahid Salahshour attended elementary and high school in Fasa. He spent his military service in a remote village in Kerman and taught students there for days. He was interested in it. After his military service in 1975, he was accepted to the University of Tehran in the field of business administration. After signing up, he realized that his employment commitment was doubtful, he was not welcome and he withdrew. Shaheed is the second-ranked student in the entrance exam and is accepted into the chemistry field of Razi University in Kermanshah.
Martyr Salahshour’s activities before the revolution
There, with two, three of his friends trying to attract young people according to the activities of Komala groups. At that time, they rented a large house in Kermanshah and gathered about forty students around them, in this house, prayers are performed in three meals as a congregation, and each time one of the students was prayed. Some students said we could not pray. They told them: “If there is no great sin within a week, you can pray. This led to the students’ self-fabrication. Of course, they worked on them politically, and each semester continued with new students.
Along with his education, Shahid Salahshour and his friends taught so that they could make money and provide rent for the students’ homes and food so that these self-made students would enter the community and another group of students would join them. After three or four semesters, SAVAK notices this movement, closes the house, and Shahid Salahshour and two of his friends are expelled from the university.
Shahid goes back to Fasa. It was near the victory of the Revolution. Shaheed was active in photography and his photographs of the marches are still available. After the revolution, he returned to university and continued his education. At that time, Shahid Beheshti wrote a letter to the whole country to introduce two combatant and elite students from each university. In that period, Shahid Salahshour and Dr. Samimi, now a professor at Shiraz University, are introduced. These students go to Tehran and follow the lessons of great figures such as Shahid Beheshti and … They sit down and become self-made. These meetings were held in Tehran in the summer until the issue of capturing the spy nest, Martyr Fazel, Shahid Hatami, and Shahid Salahshour, who are martyrs of Hoveizeh, are present.
Shahid Salahshour’s friends say he was in the nest of capturing espionage but had not introduced himself and, like the rest of the students, was there. Shaheed’s friends later stated that when he became a martyr, we knew that he was a student of capturing the nest of espionage. He would not be held in one place, and in those days he would leave the spy den and identify and introduce houses that could still belong to American groups.
My older sister, who was home in Tehran, told me that Shahid had a book that she had covered with the newspaper, and it was unclear what book it was. He would leave in the morning and come at night. I would tell him, “Mr. Farrokh, where are you going?” Are you with the kids who have captured the spy nest? He would say, “Where are we, where are they?” I asked him if what the children did was approved by the Imam. He said: “The children who did this informed Sayyid Ahmad Aqa and he told the Imam. Imam (a) said: “Now that they have taken it, hold it firmly. Elsewhere, Shahid Beheshti confirms them. Because there was so much talk and hadith at the time that they told the students, “Why did you do this?” What permission did you allow, but they didn’t listen to anyone?
After capturing the nest and delivering the captives, Shahid Salahshour returned to the university. In 1980, Saddam attacked and at that time one of the schools in western Kermanshah was bombed. There, Shahid Salahshour sees how the students were martyred. The martyr couldn’t stand to stay there, and with a group of students, given their insight, they did not wait for imam’s orders, they came to Khorramabad and saw a guerrilla course there. After that, Shahid Salahshour is introduced to the 92nd Armored Division.
Martyr Salahshour enters Susangerd with the 92nd Armored Division. There they had harassment operations. Shahid Alam al-Huda was the commander of the Hoveizeh Army at the time. Nasrullah Mahmudzada, a friend of Shahid Salahshour, said: “These children rented vans and took themselves to Hoveizeh, where they joined Shahid Alam al-Huda. Martyr Salahshour led a group of thirty, forty people who were advancing toward the enemy. These groups were attacking on several sides. At that time, Banisadr was commander-in-chief of the forces. The commanders of that time plotted Nasr’s operation; Iraqis expected the night of the attack.
Nasr’s operation is carried out from three axes, with children moving forward, 800 captives and 1,000 deaths as a result of the operation. The message arrives at the imam’s ear and the Imam sends a congratulatory message. The children take back 20 kilometers of land that Iraq occupied and move forward. The plan was for the army and the Irgc to advance to Karbala, empty-handed, these were a few female RPGs and the rest had light weapons. The only person who hits this group on January 5th was Ayatollah Khamenei, who asks them what are you doing here? They answer, “We will go forward to conquer Karbala in the will of Allah.” They ask, “Where’s your weapon?” They say, “Our weapon is Allahu Akbar.” Same. These children hit the enemy’s heart with 5 or 6 RPGs.
On January 6, they see that they are surrounded by earth and sky, and first they think that these tanks are insiders, but then they realize that they are under siege by the enemy and have come to avenge them on January 5. The children who didn’t go ahead will come back. Unfortunately, Banisadr does not deliver any ammunition or weapons to the Basij.
Why are the martyrs of Hoveizeh called the martyrs of Karbala Hoveyzeh?
Martyr Alam al-Huda orders those with heavy weapons to come forward and the rest to pull themselves back as they can. They go ahead by 4 p.m. The martyrs of Karbala fought until the last drop of their blood. Shahid Salahshour RPG was a woman, going forward and with enemy bullets, everyone is on the ground. Some are also taken captive. At that time, the enemy’s suffocation commander orders you to move with sand tanks on their bodies, whether alive or wounded, so that there is no sign of them. These children were also under enemy tanks, such as the martyrs of Karbala whose bodies went under the poison of horses. That’s why we call these martyrs martyrs of Karbala Hoveizeh. After that, the enemy attacked Hoveizeh and razed it to the ground.
The children’s bodies were there for three years and a month, and we failed to return their bodies. On February 15, three years later, Shahid Alam al-Huda’s mother tells Sardar Younes Sharifi, one of the martyrs’ survivors, “If you can’t find our children, we our mothers are going to investigate.” The message of martyr Alam al-Huda’s mother reached imam Khomeini’s ear. After three years and a month, a group goes to investigate, the first martyr to be found was Shahid Mokhtari. Because the martyr’s body was under the sand, under the enemy’s tanks, there was no damage and on the shoe tab, shahid Nam Mokhtari was written.
Then the martyr of Qudusi was investigated. The identification of Shahid Ghoddousi was also through a mission sheet written by his great father to the airline and introduced him to give him a ticket. Sardar Sharifi said: “As we were investigating, an RPG appeared. Six martyrs are found there, the first of whom is martyr Alam al-Huda, who is 100 years from the RPG and the Pocket Quran. The two martyrs were anonymous. After that, Martyr Salahshour, Shahid Dehshour, and Shahid Mohsen Qadirian were also searched there.
How was Shahid Salahshour identified?
The 92nd Armored Division had given a mission sheet to Shahid Salahshour that he had seen a guerrilla course. Shahid kept the paper, along with a will, and several other devices in a plastic that had glued it in the pocket of his pants. Sardar Sharifi said: “At that time, we did not know where Shahid Salahshour was from and we did not know how to introduce him to his family. At the same time, an army jeep came and said, “This martyr is from Fasa. The army jeep was no longer seen. Then they contacted the families and gave them the news.
Our father did not believe until the last minute that Farrokh had been martyred until he came to his sleep in the world of martyr’s dream and said that my will was in the hands of the Revolutionary Guards. Shahid was very lovely. He was very respectful of his parents. Because he was an army doctor, Shahid paid tribute to him when he came on leave in military uniform and the father welcomed him.
The dilemma of reason and love
After identifying us, and especially my mother, we were at a crossroads where to bury the martyr. Shaheed is the little boy in the family; It was a dilemma of reason and love. Martyr Alam al-Huda’s mother told our mother: “These children moved together, fought together and were martyred together. Now they have been found collectively, I don’t think Shahid would like to be separated. Despite her strong interest in Farrokh, the mother agreed to bury her in Hoveizeh. The mother complained from a distance. Martyr Alam al-Huda’s mother said: “We are the mother of all martyrs, if you cannot, we will behead the martyrs. Your martyr is not alone here. Farrokh loved mother very much; When she was serving behind the front, she called on Thursdays and was in a mood, and the mother told her not to have a front. He would say, “Where are we, where is the front?” I take pictures and videos here and the mother takes a breath of comfort. Until they brought the news of the children’s testimony, we didn’t realize Farrokh was on the front. Because she didn’t want the mother to worry. But at the funeral, the mother raised her hand and said, “O God, accept this sacrifice from me. The mother’s stamina was high and then they made a will: after death I want to be with Farrokh. He died in November 2016 and was buried there.
When shahid’s body had not yet been found, the mother was impirient as to why our martyr could not be found. That year, the mother miraculously overlooked Mecca. It was always a three-in-four photo of Farrokh in the mother’s bag. The mother throws the photo at the shrine of Aqa Rasul Allah (pbuh), who had harih at the time, and there she asked the Prophet (s) to return my son to me. The mother said: “When I put the photo in Zarrih, my heart calmed down. Not long after, they wrote in the Ettehab newspaper that year that six martyrs were found, one of whom is named Salahshour. My brother wanted to be anonymous, but because his mother had asked the Prophet (s) to return his martyr to my mother, he was identified.
In the end, Shahid Salahshour’s sister pointed to the hospitality of Khuzestanis and said, “Thank you to Khuzestan province and for the construction jihad because of their hospitality, which is the first word in the country.”
