Biography
Martyr Mohammad Shakouri, son of Ali, was born in December 1963 in the village of Sarand in Ferdows.
When his childhood was difficult and he faced many problems from the very beginning, he was unable to pursue knowledge and only managed to continue his education until the sixth grade. Mohammad lost his mother at the age of 12 and then returned to Ferdows to provide for his family's livelihood and became a laborer.
He was sent to the service after the age of military service, and after completing his military career, he returned to Ferdows and worked. Later, he hired Ferdows Hospital and worked in agriculture during the hospital holidays to cover his living expenses.
Married in 1977, before the revolution, he secretly distributed photographs, tapes and leaflets of Imam Khomeini and participated in demonstrations and rallies against the government. After the glorious victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, he also worked in the Basij and protected the achievements of the Revolution and Imam Khomeini.
With the onset of the Iraqi Ba'athist regime's imposed war on Iran, Muhammad joined the battlefields of the right against falsehood in order to fulfill his duty to the Imam and the Revolution after passing a 45-day military training course, through the 3rd Battalion of the 17th Qom Brigade as a Basij, and was dispatched to the operational areas on December 18, 1981 until he was finally struck by a shrapnel in the Chazabeh Strait on February 12, 1982. His body was martyred and he drank the vesal cup.
Martyr's body was buried in Ferdows' paradise after being transferred to his hometown.

I order my wife to raise my children to the education of revolutionary Islamic science and education as much as possible, and I ask my sons Abbas and Ruhollah… And my daughter Effat wants them to move in the way of Islam and never deviate from the path of Islam, I ask my wife and sisters and my brothers not to make any moves from them so that the hearts of the enemies will be happy. I ask my wife not to cry for me to be a happy enemy, I ask my husband to pay 26,000 Tomans that I had given to the property and I could not pay the share of Imam and Khums whenever they could pay with a trusted order of approximately 6,000 tomans.
